The Father's Heart is partnering with the local Department of Social Services to meet the needs of foster children in our area. One of the services we are offering is tutoring and mentoring. Each DSS can contact The Father's Heart for the name of a mentor for a child. If you have a need please inquire to Kim Palmer, and she will contact a mentor for you.
